A while back I did a post & video about a free calendar plugin (I still stand by it, it’s fantastic). Now what has shown up in my life? (And when I say ‘shown up’, I mean that literally. I was contacted by the developer, who by the way, is just fantastic! I chatted on skype with him last week). CalPress Pro Plugin! OMG! I Friggin LOVE this plugin!

You’ll get to see the plugin in ‘action’ in the video, but I want to highlight a few things that make this simply an OUTSTANDING tool! (Yes, it does WAY more than just highlight dates and events).
Here are some of the FAN-FRIGGIN-TASTIC things this plugin does:
- Publish and Manage Events online (one time, repeating, google maps, custom color for events, detailed notes)
- Add images to your events (thumbnail images appear then when clicked open in lightbox)
- Integrate with your Facebook Timeline (SO easy!)
- Streamlined Ticketing – YES! People can purchase tickets THROUGH your Calendar
- Make your events SOCIAL! Viral sharing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+
- Integrate with your Google Calendar, iCal or Outlook
- Users can comment!
- Built in search
- Multiple views: Daily, weekly, list and monthly
- IT LOOKS AWESOME!
Truth be told- I was hooked on how gorgeous this calendar looks before I even got a chance to test it out (visual geek that I am). So when I got a chance to test it out and the settings in the dashboard looked as good and were easy to use… I was fully in. Image may be NSFW.
